The Wellbeing @ Work Foundation is a new not for profit initiative that aims to change and improve the way we work. With more of us working longer hours under increasing pressures and rising instances of work-related stress and injuries, it has never been more important to create the right environment and culture in our place of work.
We provide a confidential and FREE service to individuals who are unhappy at their work, unable to work due to wellbeing issues and/or suffering from any form of work related illness, including stress and physical injury.
Many of us, at some point in our working career, find ourselves unhappy at work and often don’t know where to turn or how to resolve the situation. The biggest mistake you can make is to try and deal with the situation yourself, or to ignore it in the hope that it will go away.
How can we help you ?
- Meet with one of our expert Wellbeing advisors to discuss your issue in complete confidence
- Identify solutions to your issues
- Provide you with relevant information on your rights as an employee
- Introduce you to other organisations and individuals who can help
