Fundraiser Required

We are a new not for profit Foundation (charitable status pending) that aims to help as many people in society be fit for work, attend their work and perform when at their work.

As a Foundation we believe that there is not enough effective information or support for employers, managers and/or individuals who are suffering with Wellbeing/People Management issues or not realising their full potential. With the current economic challenges, increasing unemployment, rising claims and increasing conflict in work-places it has never been more important to create a society which is of benefit to as many as possible. Most people know at least one person or organisation who has suffered with such issues - stress, absenteeism and poor attitudes have negative impacts in society on people, families, profits, relationships, productivity, reputations and performance. With UK costs of over £100 billion and 200 million lost days each year we believe there must be a better way. Behind every statistic are affected individuals, organisations and/or families. Wellbeing is one of the biggest issues currently affecting organisations (of all size and type) and all parts of society.

The Foundation urgently needs a fundraising expert who can quickly establish an effective strategy to identify/secure funding from any other appropriate sources. We are looking for candidates who are strategic thinkers with the ability to develop fresh approaches and innovate to drive the Foundation`s fundraising forward in the short, medium and longer term.

We would be particularly interested in professionals with a background, interest or proven track record in the area of Wellbeing but this is not essential. We believe significant funding exists for what is a substantial and growing problem in society. The Foundation welcomes expressions of interest from anyone able to help us achieve our objectives.
