We are looking to help an organisation … at our own cost!
Do you have any current or possible issues related to one or more of the following?
| selection procedures | absence | productivity | work-related injuries |
| attitude | conflict | stress | engagement |
| industrial relations | procedures/policies | contracts | re-structuring |
If so, why not see if we can help you for free – what have you got to lose?
We are a new not for profit Foundation that aims to help as many people as possible be fit for, attend and perform when at their work. We believe there is not enough quality information or support for employers, managers and business owners who are suffering with Wellbeing or People Management issues. Organisations rely upon people to achieve their goals – without adequate support or effective management much time is lost, monies are wasted and distractions are caused.
Most people know organisations or individuals who have been badly affected by poor Wellbeing or People Management. Related issues such as stress, absenteeism, presenteeism, poor engagement, injuries and the various negative affects upon society cannot be ignored. Currently over 200 million days are lost per year, employers are losing over £30 billion and the bill to the economy is over £100 billion – we feel there must be a better way and believe we have solutions.
Our core aim is to use best practices and experiences across three key disciplines of Health & Safety, People Management, and Occupational Health to help organisations achieve their goals and get the best possible performance from their people.
The Foundation now invites expressions of interest from any organisation currently experiencing the above or any other related issues. The selected organisation will receive substantial direct professional support and fully resourced interventions over an extended period of time, either on-site or remotely. As a not for profit organisation we are motivated by the need to make things better, not monies or the desire to charge fees. We will work closely with the chosen organisation to set clear terms, time-frames and objectives for delivering the project.
Expressions of interest should be emailed to Fred Best on fred@twwf.org.uk before 30/09/11 including the following details (all of which will be treated in strictest confidence):
- Your name and position within the organisation
- Type of company & nature of work
- Number of employees
- Location
- Current HR, Occupational Health and/or H&S resources i.e. internal or out-sourced?
- Nature of issues/situations for which help is required
- Brief details of any Interventions attempted to date
- Any other relevant information, queries or comments
All expressions of interest will be responded to personally. We expect substantial interest so advise getting in touch with us ASAP. Please pass this opportunity onwards to others.
