Recently the Foundation conducted some Wellbeing assessments with the staff of Central FM. Our Ambassador, Fred Best was then invited by their Station Manager to join him on their breakfast show. The results and feedback from those who took part and the employer was excellent – the general consensus was that the Foundation delivered a very usefull, insightful but very individual and confidential service here. Absolute HR & Absolute Performance - 10th and 11th March 2011 - Dunblane Hydro Hotel

The Wellbeing at Work Foundation was delighted to sponsor the 2011 CIPD Scottish Conference Gala Dinner held on 10th March 2011 as part of their official launch. The launch at the CIPD conference went exceptionally well – met loads of great people and everyone seemed really interested in what we are trying to do here. We have lots of people to touch base with and I can promise you we will eventually get back to everyone – please bear with us. Our suspicions appear to be correct in that there are a lot of well-meaning employers and Managers out there who are trying to do the right thing but perhaps need further `real-life` help from those of us who have been there and done or experienced it. Plenty more to come so watch this space!
